*2500-4000 CFS - Portage around Pillar Falls may be difficult with portions of the trail underwater. Use Caution and keep a life jacket on at all times.

*4000+ CFS - River flow is too high to portage at Pillar Falls. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO KAYAK TO SHOSHONE FALLS.
